Pacific Halibut Steaks 500g – Serves 2 People

Dish: Grilled Pacific Halibut Steaks with Rum Sauce, Fresh Greens

Dressing.
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar.
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice.
1 tsp Dijon mustard.

Marinade and Fish.
2 tbsps dark rum.
1 tbsp fresh lime juice.
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice.
