Sirloin is divided into two parts, top  sirloin and Botton Angus sirloin. Sirloin mussels are tough but lean from exercise.

The sirloin is actually divided into several types of steak. In the UK the word sirloin refers to cuts of meat from the upper middle of the animal, similar to the American short loin, while the American sirloin is called the rump.

The Angus sirloin steak is cut from the sirloin, the sub primal posterior to the short loin where the T-bone, porterhouse, and club steaks are cut. The sirloin is actually divided into several types of steaks 

Top & Bottom Angus Sirloin 

The top sirloin is better when marinated which gives out a vast amount of flavour.

The bottom sirloin is fantastic for roasting, stews and lean mince beef. 

How to Angus cook Sirloin

Angus sirloin steaks are more suitable for cooking on the grill, BBQs or pan frying. N&C Produce Chefs prefer the simpler methods of cooking however marinating your sirloin steaks  may adds bundles of flavour and moisture.
